Who We Are
In Place With Grace was established to assist in maximizing safety, function and independence in the homes of people who would like to Age in Place or who may have a disability, injury or progressive illness that makes doing things and taking care of themselves a little more difficult or a little less safe. Our staff is comprised of physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs) who have extensive training in home modification, aging in place and accessibility.
Our Home Assessment Specialists are trained in evaluating both the physical home environment (like an inspector or general contractor) and the functional ability of the individuals (like a healthcare professional). Putting these two important perspectives together enables us to create unique, customized solutions that address your needs today and into the future.
